❓ 25 main questions about flood and attacks

Answers you've been looking for — honest, technical, no fluff
1. What is phone flood and how does it work technically?
Phone flood is automatic generation of mass calls to a target number using VoIP gateways (SIP) or physical GSM devices. The system creates a continuous call queue using multithreading: each thread is one line, generating up to 3 calls per minute. With 20 threads – up to 600 calls/min.
2. What is the difference between GSM flood and SIP flood in terms of network stack?
GSM flood works on the physical level of cellular networks through real SIM cards and our GSM gateways – it provides maximum anonymity and stability. SIP flood works on the application level (VoIP) using internet channels, which gives flexibility in configuring SIP headers and codecs.
3. How is multi-layer anonymity and protection against tracking ensured?
We use a chain of proxy servers with IP rotation, our own GSM gateways with different SIM cards, and spoofing technology with dynamic Caller ID change. Logs are not stored, payment is accepted in cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT) through anonymous wallets.
4. What protocols and codecs are supported for SIP flood?
Supported: SIP (UDP/TCP/TLS), RTP/RTCP, WebRTC. Codecs: G.711 (PCMA/PCMU), G.729, G.722, OPUS, iLBC, AMR. We can force transcoding to test DSP load and voice quality.
5. Can I integrate your service with my own API for automation?
Yes, for corporate clients we provide REST API with Swagger documentation. You can programmatically start/stop attacks, change thread count, get metrics (CPS, ASR, PDD) in real-time via WebSocket.
6. What is a "thread" and how does it affect intensity?
A thread is one simultaneous call line. One thread generates roughly 1–3 calls per minute. 10 threads give 10–30 calls/min. We can use up to 50 threads on one number.
7. What technologies do you use for anonymity?
We don't store logs, we don't require personal data, we accept crypto (BTC, USDT). All calls go through proxy chains and our own GSM gateways.
8. Do you work with numbers from other countries?
Yes, global coverage: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, all of Europe, USA, Canada, Asia, Middle East and more.
9. How to get a free test?
Write to Telegram @ProfComServCom or our bot @ProfComServBot. Provide the number and desired power (default 4 threads).
10. What report do I get after the attack?
Upon request we send screenshots from the monitoring system: call counts, successful answers, average duration, time load graphs.
11. What if the target number doesn't answer?
The attack is still effective. The line will be constantly busy with long beeps or busy signals, blocking incoming calls.
12. Can you flood a multi-channel call center number?
Yes, we use multithreading several times the number of lines. For example, 30–40 threads for a 10-line call center.
13. Are your calls distinguishable from normal ones?
Absolutely indistinguishable. Calls look like regular incoming calls from real numbers. You can show any number on the screen.
14. What payment methods are available?
Mainly crypto: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC20/ERC20). Bank cards (Sber, Tinkoff, Alfa) are possible with extra fee for anonymity.
15. Are there discounts for regular customers?
Yes, individual discounts for orders from $300 or from 7 days. Referral program: 10% of the referred client's order.
16. How reliable is the service? Does the connection drop?
We use our own fault-tolerant GSM gateways and several backup SIP providers. We've achieved 99.9% uptime over 15 years.
17. What is TDoS and how do you protect against it?
TDoS (Telephony Denial of Service) is an attack on telephony infrastructure. We conduct such tests for clients to find vulnerabilities.
18. Can a blacklist block the attack?
Practically impossible. We use thousands of constantly changing number masks and Caller ID substitution. Each call can come from a unique number.
19. What is the maximum duration of a continuous attack?
We work 24/7/365. You can order an attack for any period – from 1 hour to several weeks. Auto-renewal on request.
20. Can I cancel the order and get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Unused time refunded to your wallet or card within 24 hours. Full refund if cancelled before start.
21. Why choose ProfComServ?
15 years on the market, own equipment, real anonymity (no logs, crypto payment), 24/7 support, thousands of successful projects, detailed reports, individual approach.
22. Is there a partner or affiliate program?
Yes, we actively develop a partner network. Contact the operator to discuss terms, referral links, and commissions.
23. How fast is the support response?
In Telegram, response usually comes within 1–5 minutes, even at night. We have a live person who resolves issues instantly.
24. Can I order a test right now?
Of course! Just write to @ProfComServCom or @ProfComServBot. Provide the number and desired power (default 4 threads).
25. How to make sure I'm not wasting money?
The free test gives you a full picture: you see the intensity, realism, and anonymity. We also provide a detailed report after the paid attack.
